Positive: The staff service is excellent. Amenities are fair and worth it. Very strategic and accessible to all city destinations and cultural, food and shopping places to be visited in Zurich.
Negative: It’s more of the guest side, inconsiderate of silence which should be the primera codigo in such places. Also the place must be widened, where bags are opened, sorted, when guest are trying to access something. The chairs in the lounge needs upgrading (but keep it minimalist).
