Positive: Very good location, walking distance from the center, we were with bicycles so even better. Nice micro location on the small island. Room was normal size as expected, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Negative: Room would need some renovation, there was a smell in the bathroom. Wifi worked most of the time, but was slow and had some interruptions.
Positive: Located in the quiet residential area. Clean room with a big balcony. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended for families.
Negative: Parking with charge (quite cheap). Because the cars are parked in a line, need to give the staff the car keys so that they can move the car if people are checking out. No fridge in the room.

Positive: Excellent location within five minutes of the bus station in a quiet part of Grado. Helpful and courteous staff, excellent breakfast included. Very good value for this resort location…especially in the off season.
Negative: The wall between rooms seemed a bit thin, so we were aware of conversation and movements next door…so earplugs might be a good idea, especially if your room is between two other rooms.
Positive: Quiet. Good breakfast. Good staff.
Negative: The A/C was a bit flaky but we figured out how to make it work. Flat pillows.
