Negative: The elevator was not working, the hot water in the toilets were not available, there was no complementary drinking water or tissues provided by the hotel. Had a very bad experience along with family. I need my payment back as I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Negative: After my second day I ask if I can stay another day. They first guy told me yes no problem. I will give you at same price that you pay per day in Booking.I accept the deal wich was €35.5, The third day in the morning there was another staff when I cross the reception. And told me you need to pay "right now"? Right now, I can't I replay. Because I was not felling well and I said if I can pay next day. The man star telling me if I can in pay in cash, I said I will pay with my credit card. They was always asking to pays as cash. Even the first night when I arrive. How I will pay in cash if I just arrive and I don't have Turkish lira in my pockets. After that the man change the deal that I made with the first guy. They change the price at €40, instead of giving me the price at €35.5. I don't like when they don't keep the agreement and the guy who told me the same price than booking was not there. The third night I was also with another Xtra person and I know they need to charge for another person no problem with that. The third night when I come back probably at 7 pm ask me again if I can pay, I said I will pay tomorrow morning, I will not runaway. At the end I was arguing with that man, because they was just there to asking for payment, they never ask how I am felling. That night while I was waiting to have connection in the seating room, that man star goosip with two other girls from East Europe. They start doing jokes in some way about me, wich make me feel uncomfortable and I was at the end angry. I seat in the seating room to have a good internet connection to comunicate with my partner. They start smoking in the sitting room and I don't like smoke. The first day I miss my breakfast, thats not a problem. The second day I eat my break fast well, but after 50 minutes I star felling to bad, with vomits and during day with diahrea, that's the reason that i can't pay to the guy, I was trying to go to pharmacy.

Positive: Great location, great service, nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly (especially with the kids) and you can visit all important landmarks which are very close to the hotel. Overall it was perfect for our needs.

Negative: Short long story! We travelled with our daughter who interacted with one of the staff members, it's name is Mr. HARUN SANCHER. This message is addressed to the Hotel Management, in order to make sure that these kind of issues to be avoided. It is absolutely normal that people smile, interact and discuss whatever is considered normal. After we got home, my daughter received some messages in online from the specified person, and was "invited" to run from home with the staff member brother (age 26)in Germany or Switzerland. I had the curiosity to dig the Instagram to find more details, and I've seen that he had more pages dedicated to different minor girls from different countries. The main point is that it looked like a recollection of a minor. Of course I have all the printscreens with a lot of details in case it is needed. This message is just a red flag for those in charge with the hotel, since the minor trafficking is a serious issue for everyone. Otherwise, all the other staff members were very helpful, disposed to help and very friendly. I hope that till will visit Istanbul again, to get a notification regarding what I have wrote.

Positive: Location is amazing. Walking distance to the famous historical sites. The staff are very nice. All the receptionists, the guy who helped us bring our suitcase to our room, everyone was amazing! They even gave us early check in for free. I broke one of the glasses in our room and they said no worries and we didnt have to pay for that. I really recommend this hotel and i will stay here again whenever i have a chance to travel back to Istanbul.
