Positive: Location. The staff also made sure we were given packed breakfast since we checked out really early.
Negative: There was a concert in a nearby location on our last night and we weren't able to sleep until after it ended.
Positive: Quiet, comfortable room, located (co-located with the ABBA Museum) and adjacent to the Grona Land Amusement Park and the Sluessen Ferry. A very quiet neighborhood at night. Exceptional Breakfast (was included in my rate). Tram at the main door. 5 minute walk to the Vasa Musem and Nordic Museum.
Negative: Some guests may prefer a location closer to shopping options. These are a 15+ minute walk away. Location is a balance between business/quietness/closeness to desired locations.

Negative: I was very sad that when I accidentally booked a room, I accident chose 2 rooms & then I immediately tried to contact Bookings & got no reply back to help me cancel the unnecessary room for my Husband & Me. When we arrived in 30 minutes the nice receptionist said she couldn’t help me with this. I did realize my mistake in route to the Backstage Hotel & cancelled the room we wouldn’t be using, thinking it would open up a space for someone else?!?! So I’m Still hoping Bookings.com will credit me for the room we did not use? We are retired & & on a budget. Please review this situation we were put in & give us a credit for the room NOT USED🙏. We otherwise thoroughly loved our 2 day stay!! Thankyou, Kathy Rechsteiner

Negative: The staff was exceptional especially the following people..... Patricia and Agnes @ the FD were very professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service. Janes in the Breakfast Area was the BEST!!! She should be the Breakfast Manager. She took care of me each morning when I arrived @ 7:30am. She always had cold milk for me...she was the GREATEST! Chimngee, my housekeeper was AWESOME, she found me a perfect pillow for my sleep. She deserves a big raise. Every staff member were AMAZING!!!
Positive: I loved the breakfast and the meraki bathroom products. Rooms very well equipped. Staff was excellent and accommodating to special request.

Positive: Above the abba museum and close to many musea and ferry Great buffet breakfast
Positive: The location is ideal. Walking distance to city centre and yet not in the busy city centre. Being right next to many museums is also a great perk.
Negative: If anything the bed was too soft. I prefer firm mattresses but despite that I slept restfully.
Positive: Perfect location if you want to visit Abba the museeum or anythingelse in the area. Much possibilities. Rooms are very cosy, beddings very good. Girl in the reception was very professional and helpful.
Negative: Breakfast was good but the staff was strange.
Positive: Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. The location is convenient for exploration and very beautiful, with many museums nearby. For me, the best part was that it is located over the ABBA museum.

Positive: Everyone that we interacted with on the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Location was perfect for museums, transit & lots of restaurants! Breakfast was superb and all servers were exceptional!
Negative: Can't think of anything that I would change with staying here again!
Positive: The location was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
Negative: The room was small for 3 of us (one double bed plus a single bed added) but worked. The noise from Gruna Lund was noticeable but we were on the opposite side of the hotel so not too bad.
Positive: Very convenient, very clean. Beds and pillows amazing. Agnes at the front desk is outstanding couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Valencia ( sorry if the spelling is incorrect) was a wonderful waitress. The breakfast is absolutely great. Beverly and Debbie loved their stay! Thank you kindly.
Negative: Our room was challenged with electrical plugs. None in bathroom and none by a mirror.
