Key collection will take place at Villa del Mar Hotel, Avenida de la Armada Española 1, 03500 Benidorm, Alicante.
Reservations for more than 2 rooms or with different locators in the name of the same person will not be accepted. If they are detected, the chain will have the right to immediately cancel the reservations as they are considered a block, group or Lead Name. Reservations of more than two rooms under the same name may not be governed by the property's individual Rates.
In addition to the reservation guarantee payment made, the hotel will charge 10% of the remaining amount at the time of making the reservation, and an additional 60% of that same amount during the 14 days before the arrival date.
Modifications are allowed as long as they are of equal or greater value, and with a minimum notice of 15 days before the arrival date (subject to availability and upon request), with a surcharge for each modification and per reservation. Changing the name of the reservation holder is not permitted under any circumstances.
