The brand new Diter hotel is situated in the heart of Old Sofia, just a few minutes away from government and state institutions, major banks and offices and within walking distance of the National Theatre, the National Palace of Culture and Vitosha main shopping street. The airport is only 15 minutes away by car. Housed in a building dating back to the end of the 19th century and once the residence of Todor G. Vlaykov, Bulgarian writer and politician, it has recently been renovated to offer comfort and modern conveniences. Among the many services offered are air-conditioned public areas, lobby bar and one meeting room for up to 25 persons. The restaurant, with 130 seats, offers international dishes.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street in the centre of Sofia, 50 m away from one of Sofia's busiest thoroughfares, Rakovski Street. There is a whole host of dining and entertainment options in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk away. Sofia Airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel.
