Negative: Room not on the beach but on busy street, we're moved to another room also a bit close to the street but very noisy at around 1 am as the garbage truck was emptying the hotel refuses every nights. Although there were better rooms the reception staff did not offered us to move to quiet room. Disappointed

Positive: The only thing to considerate as a 4 star hotel is the location. Was good, right on the beach cliff and close to the town.
Negative: We did not feel good here. It was a nightmare! Extremely dirty toilets, dirty walls and floors. in the rooms. Don't even bother to open the fridge it's disgusting. In the first night we realized the door from the balcony couldn't be closed. After long discussions, pretending that they don't understand us in English, we changed 3 rooms. I was surprised to see that it was not just a room not well cleaned. Different strange smell from bathrooms, everywhere. The manager had a wrong attitude as well, which made it even worse for their image. Anyway, the entire hotel must go in a restoration- including the staff, to deserve the claimed stars. Till then, I would not recommend this hotel.

Positive: Location is v good , good bar / tv facilities and nice shows at the weekend .
Negative: This was my second stay at the hotel within a month however this time I was on another floor and very disappointed to say that it was almost like being in a different hotel . While the décor style was identical on this floor the carpets and flooring was far more worn and unkept and the bathroom tile grouting was noticeably mouldy. The room was in my mind too small for 4 people and the bed was not as comfortable
Positive: Great location and really nice bar area , quiet despite being full
Negative: Pool area is quite ordinary, no pool towels available, food was almost the same every day
