Phlox Garden Apartment

Positive: Very amazing, clean

Positive: easy parking, nice back garden, side entrance, privacy

Negative: heating was off, had to figure this out on my own as no help from host

Positive: Very unclean Simply not good enough to live on it for 2 weeks Filthy.

Positive: Room heater was off, no hot water to take shower in winter. Wifi connect disconnect automatically without your control.

Positive: Location was great

Negative: Could have left some toliet rolls.and fitted new light bulbs.was burn mark on the floor on one bedroom carpet. Walls needed repaint. Cobwebs in corner of some rooms.bin in bathroom. Weak internet

Negative: No tv in rooms and the lady turns up 10 mins before check out and was a little rude

Positive: Quiet area, nice location, 5 minute drive to the train station. Shops and a selection of takeaways less than a 5 minute walk in either direction.

Negative: WiFi wasn't the best. But the TV works perfectly.
