    Voltamos pela 3 vez e continuam a primar pela qualidade dos serviços prestados

    Positive: Globalmente tudo de muito qualidade. Espaços de diversão para crianças. Alimentação de qualidade e diversificada. Apartamento com boas características. Piscina relativamente bem dimensionada para o hotel.

    Negative: Apenas pequenos ajustamentos. Horário mais alargado do bar de apoio (até as 18h30 ao invés das 17h30). Um dos 4 escorregas de água (o verde) esteve apenas aberto um dia dos 6 que lá estivemos.

    Staff was wonderfull, food amazing. Need to update the apartments, they are quite out to date for a 4 stars unit. But apart this the vacations were amazing.
    All the staff are amazing but want to print the animation staff that worked so much to make our days and the kids days really enjoyables.

    Positive: Staff, kids areas and food

    Negative: Maybe the outdated apartments.

    Excelentes condições para as crianças, e o pessoal todo muito atencioso. Comida com bastante variedade e de boa qualidade.

    Positive: A atenção dos funcionários e a variedade da comida.

    Negative: Apenas uma sugestão de terem pratos sem ser de vidro para as crianças entre os 18 e os 36 meses.
