Positive: Close to public transportation,, very quiet.
Negative: Stepping up to get inside, I have bad knees and it made it hard.
Positive: Great location, staff were super friendly at check in walking us to our room and even wanted to meet our dog. Very dog friendly with a large dog park for playing. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and such a relief after a long day on the road. Shower had great water pressure.
Negative: Unfortunately the night we arrived there were a lot of bugs around which flew inside the room as we were carrying our bags in. Luckily we had fly spray in the car. This was at no time the fault of the hotel.

Positive: Room was clean and presented well. communication by texts only with pin code entry
Negative: was advertised as a queen bed which was really an uncomfortable double bed, shower area was tiny and couldnt have a shower as shower door couldnt open fully - space was way too small and door was hitting the towel rail, the chairs were pretty old and grotty with cigarette burns in them, car park was available but disorganised as some person parked on an angle in front of two units so we had to park elsewhere, later at night 10.30pm ish an extremely loud car came and idled for 15mins in middle of car park, the car was modified so even idling it made all the windows shake and no doubt woke everyone, we couldnt hear the tv in our room over the car, it was like someone had boom speakers going, this happened the last time we stayed there but last time we thought it must of been a guest so wasnt impressed with that
Positive: The shower was great, adequate charging for phones and laptop, heating and cooling was great, the toilet and sink area was also a good size and clean, lighting above bed a nice touch, privacy blinds were great also
Negative: The TV was small and the remote was damaged the batteries were almost flat, The room was mostly clean and definitely could use a deeper clean or continued renovations with some parts of the room, The door doesn't have a manual lock so it felt a little unsafe at night, The entrance to the motel was not lit up at time of arrival so I didn't miss the entry, so much potential but despite these few things I did enjoy my stay, and can see the effort made to update the look of rooms and make them comfortable for guests
Positive: Staff member knocked on my door at 2.30am and woke me up saying he had sent me a message. When I asked what he wanted he didn't reply. He then moved around outside my room. I had trouble sleeping as he was the person that assisted with my check in and had the code to the room. I will never stay there again!!
Positive: the reception office was a complete kaos the machine was something from the eighties atm completely useless

Negative: 1. claimed to have kitchenette, but no sink, no proper means to fill electric kettle. 2. Badly needs illuminated sign to find in the dark. If there was one , it doesn't work !
Positive: It was very clean and tidy. Linen was fresh and felt new.
Negative: I have contacted the owners regarding a couple of minor.matters directly.
Positive: Tin full of cigarette butts at the front door, poor standard accommodation, very noisy, staff knocked on our door hurrying us up to leave well before check out time. Not a comfortable stay at all.
