Positive: Very good position, nice layout, house is overall beautiful and confortable, balconies and tiefgarage give good added value to the apartment.
Negative: some items, like the curtains and the roller shutters, news to be repaired or fixed, in addition the house, as we dound it, could have been more clean. The sofa is not in ita best condition, as stated in other reviews.
