The main building is a historical Madeiran Quinta (Manor house). Most rooms are located in the new modern building.
From the improving of a century house (XVIII century), there is the Hotel Quinta Jardim da Serra. This building is connected with another, this with a bit more modern decoration, it has 48 rooms (2 for disabled) and 4 suites. All rooms and suites are equipped with safe, telephone, TV with cable and satellite channels, air conditioning and private balconies, 2 premier rooms equipped for guests with mobility disabilities with access for wheelchair users. All rooms are Non Smoking. The hotel offers laundry service, 24 h room service, games room, gardens, meeting room with capacity up to 60 guests, the restaurant "Greenvalley" with 150 seats, the Henry¿s Bar and Bar Miamo, private shuttle service to the center of Funchal and private parking. All rooms are spacious and have large furnished verandas. Most rooms have an elegantly decorated lounge with beige toned curtains and bedspreads. The furniture is made of fine dark wood.
