In general the staff was kind, but there was one situation at the dinner that made us uncomfortable. The room was quite old, with broken tiles on the floor, no ilumination and no sockets to plug chargers.
The swimming pool was nice. The breakfast should have more options to eat.

Positive: The staff was amazing, especially the reception Dayanne and the old guy, aldo Edgar the guy work in the breakfast, he was amazing providing tips for visit. I have booked the studio for 3 nights, the studio was terrible, old, all furniture old, smell bad, the bathroom was ugly with blue walls, on the next day I went to the reception and talked with the reservation team about it, they said the room 711 will be remodeling next year, and after insisting a lady got a new room to me, an great AP number 400. The second and third day was much better and everything in the room worked well, was new.

Negative: The first night on the studio was a bad experience, I had alergic with the musty smell.

Positive: The pool was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is a convenient location to use as a base as long as you have a car to explore the area. We enjoyed Trattoria Oliveira very much.

Negative: The room was comfortable but could use some updating. We checked in after dark and it is difficult to find the room you are in on the property due to no markings on the outside of the building by the road.

Positive: Apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated and furnished. Fantastic sized pools and not to busy (June), both the one near our apartment and the main ones near reception. Staff all very friendly on the occasions we engaged with then.

Negative: Pools felt like they could have been a bit cleaner. Nothing serious though as used them every day all the same!! Worth noting that is a huge complex and some apartments will be further from than town and from main reception area than you'd realise from the description. We were aware of this so didn't bother us but might be an issue if you weren't aware.

Positive: The location was equal parts beautiful, accommodating, and convenient. The landscaping details with all the flowers everywhere was so beautiful. Definitely my wife’s favorite part. The reception desk & staff was always helpful and kind. Whenever we had questions or an issue, they made sure to take care of it. The amenities are incredible for the value. In my experience, getting a full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 showers, big living space AND fully stocked cooking utensils at the price, is almost unheard of in other parts of Europe. There was nothing we were missing. With the fully loaded kitchen we were able to go to a local grocery store and buy local produce to make our own food, which saves us money on dining & allows us to experience food just as the locals would. The value for the place is tremendous. It was not far from the beaches, petrol stations, grocery stores, etc. good place, good people. Can’t recommend enough!

Negative: When booking your room there is the option to have breakfast included or not. To save some money, we did not choose the option that included breakfast. It is 10€ more. It would have been nice to always have breakfast included by default, but If you’re willing to buy groceries, you can make a really good breakfast with fresh fruit, bread, juice, etc.

Positive: Everything is so clean, the place is huge, and they have everything: many pools, golf place, place for kids, etc. it’s a complete accommodation. Breakfast is good, and all the staff are friendly!

Negative: It was a bit difficult to find our apartment because we arrived late, and the reception was closed, and the security guard was new and he did know the place well. Also the pillows could be better, but our stay was perfect anyway!

Positive: The property did not match the description on the website or the photos. The images depicted a modern apartment, but upon arrival, we were assigned an older, traditionally styled bungalow. While it could have been charming, it was not what we had expected.

Positive: Apartment 202 were amazing and modern. All necessary items for kitchen and very comfortable bed and cozy living room with TV and Netflix on it. Made our stay incredible.

Negative: There was a WIFI issue for 3 days and hotel called to WIFI provider to fix it, however it’s took 3 days. Luckily we have a car and it was easy for us move around however without a car its quite far from main area.

Positive: The rooms were very modern and well-equipped (especially the kitchens). There was a very conveniently located supermarket (Spar) where we could buy a lot of groceries, snacks and toiletries. There was a complimentary shuttle service to town but we were happy to walk to the town.

Negative: Some small specific issues were that the doors are difficult to lock and unlock, and that some beds are a bit too low to the floor and uncomfortable. Other than that everything was excellent.

Positive: The complex was very nice and quiet, the breakfast was amazing (by the pool) and very complete. We had a kitchen in our room so it was useful, and the suite was spacious. We were close to the beach and some nice places.

Negative: The kitchen didn't have soap nor sponges so we had to buy it for a very short stay.

Positive: Lovely setting, helpful and attentive staff and really well sized room. The pool and surrounding area was clean and quiet and there were plenty of beds to lay on. We'll definitly consider staying here if we are to visit again.

Positive: Restaurant was good and the wait staff at the restaurant were friendly.

Negative: Our room was dingy and dark. Small terrace that was right next to the neighbours. No privacy. Had trouble locking sliding door and didn't feel entirely safe while sleeping or leaving belongings go in the room. The mattress was lumpy and old. Had backaches every night. The front door didn't seal properly so had crickets in my suitcase, clothes and room. The shower soaked most of the bathroom. You could hear our neighbours talking through the walls and their tv even though they weren't loud. We checked in early and they said they would let us know if our room would be ready ahead of time. It was but they didn't text or call us so we were hanging around when we didn't have to. When we asked if they had any other rooms available they said no. They asked to seen the room we booked on line. I had a print out from booking.com to show them which had a picture of the room. Daniel, the man behind the desk got very rude and said he couldn't tell the booking from a black and white picture. I told him it was the room in the picture but he wouldn't even look at it. He said he wanted to see the on line booking. I was in stress and forgot my booking.com password and my phone charge was dying. He gave me a broken cord that was taped which I didn't realize since I was so stressed by the situation and pull my phone just a little. He yelled at me that I broke his cord and walked away and didn't come back. I finally got the booking on Booking.com to show them. A lady look at it and shrugged. They offered us a 3 bedroom for 600 euros but that was too much. They offered a full refund but we had no where else to go. Plus I read a review that someone said they were going to refund them and it took over 3 hours for them to get their money back.

Negative: The entrance was very old and deteriorated. There were tiles in boxes and random boxes by main entrance. The pool was dirty, Not well keep at all

Negative: Assistance with luggage as many of the rooms are quite a distance from reception and the breakfast area. In my case a 10 minute, hilly walk. Inadequate signing of how to get to the rooms and back again and lighting/plug sockets were insufficient. No hair drier.

Positive: We had a problem with the bathroom door and sink drainage but the the reception was fast in getting someone to fix the problems. There was also a problem with water (brown water coming out of the faucet) due to some work done in the area and we did not get warning about it (we were only informed about it after calling the reception) but it went to normal again after 30mins or so.

Positive: The staff was caring and welcoming. The food and drinks at the bar were well priced and delicious. Our dinner at the Olivieroa restaurant was also an amazing experience. Special mention to Edgar for the personable service both at breakfast and dinner. As well as the bartender who was attentive to the guests.

Negative: The pillows were not comfortable and there should have been more in the room. As well, pool towels would have been appreciated, especially during our 3 day stay.

Positive: The price was initially thought to be right, but after staying I would not go back despite the cheaper price. I did like kids entertainment (club) and that it was a very private property. AC equipped both bedrooms

Negative: - short supply hot water in shower - No detergent/ sponge provided - Bathtub doesn’t drain - Beach/pool towel not provided - photos from booking lead to believe breakfast was included when it wasn’t

Positive: The location was great, close to Carvoeiro but far enough not to be in the middle of the craze. The staff was attentive & helpful. The facilities are modern and super clean. Easy to park.

Negative: The bathroom: very little space on the bathroom shelf to put toiletries when you are more than one person in the room Few wall outlets Pillows too small and too soft
