The city hotel was built in 2002 and consists of a total of 33 rooms on 7 floors of which 7 are singles and 24 are doubles rooms and 2 are apartments. The hotel's facilities include a tasteful lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception. In addition there is an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area (with children's highchairs), a conference room and Internet access. Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is a doctor on call.

Positive: Clean and close to the underground to get to central London. Elevator was great as we were on the 5th floor with heavy bags.
Negative: Morning staff doing the breakfast weren’t friendly. My mom asked a question and got scowled at, no smiles or friendly demeanour.
Positive: Gorgeous building, clean and airy room. Easy check in and out, convenient location.
Negative: Maybe a bit dated for some, but was perfectly nice for me

Positive: The location is very good, just beside the Hyde park and 2 mins to the underground. The room and the bathroom were big and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The wi-fi was perfect. The breakfast was not special and somehow minimum.

Positive: Excellent stay, everything we needed for one night stay. Room was clean, comfy and quiet, good continental breakfast. Easy access to tube station.
Positive: The staff were wonderful, and always courteous.
Negative: The water temperature system in the shower!!! I could not control the temperature even after it got to a suitable temperature, it kept fluctuating on its own. I had to sit the shower head on the metal shelf so I could wait for the water to return to a decent temp and then rinse. First time I ever had such an experience...and hope it was also the last time!

Negative: Breakfast was included with the room but we had to leave at 7am and so asked for a small takeaway to eat on the trip to the airport but none was provided. The man at the front desk was neither very pleasant nor helpful.

Positive: Good location close to the tube. Lovely friendly staff. For central London, a good sized room.
Negative: I couldn’t turn down the heating and even with the window open it was a bit too warm.
Positive: The location is unbeatable. To be right next to hyde park and two tube stations (Queensway and Bayswater) is something that really helps to explore London. We stayed on the first floor, our room was clean as well as the bathroom. Staff were polite.
Negative: About the bathroom's shower cabin: To us it was okay, but probably a larger person can't fit there. Again, we stayed on the first floor, I don't know if there are more spacious bathrooms on the other floors. Breakfast was below average, not many options and everyday was the same. The thing I won't forget though is this: A staff member was clearly sick and was coughing all the time. Didn't wear any gloves, covered the mouth with bare hands, swiping them on the apron and then touched the bread with those hands. Please be better than this. It's just not acceptable, especially when we're talking about public health.
