There are 2 accommodation types, apartments and studios. Both offer a combined lounge/bedroom, and the apartments include an additional bedroom. There are apartments and studios with sea views available, but the standard units do not have sea views. All the rooms include an en suite bathroom, satellite/cable TV, a hire safe and a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking utensils. Air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.

Within the complex itself, guests will find various shopping and entertainment facilities. Links to the public transport network are only about 100 m away. Gerona Airport can be reached by car in about 40 minutes.
