    Despite COVID most services were accessible at the hotel. Staff were efficient and welcoming and especially good with young children.

    Positive: Kids club was limited due to COVID but excellent care given.

    Negative: Wearing masks outdoors in hotel grounds. Despite being in tailored shorts, men had to wear trousers to dinner, even if these were jeans?
