Positive: Easy access to highway. Good parking. Great breakfast.

Positive: Perhaps the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 2-week tour of Portugal -- with a large room and nice furnishings. It is close to places to eat. Despite being downtown, it is quiet. The breakfast buffet is good.
Negative: The hotel caters to tour groups -- breakfast was a bit of zoo and noisy as tour groups were trying to quickly take their breakfast and get to the bus.
Positive: Nice lobby
Negative: No hot water. Hotel failed to tell us there’s no hot water one we checked it. It was never turned back on during our stay. Also, the location is a distance from attractions and landmarks.

Negative: Garage is a nightmare to enter. Tight turns and door shuts so quickly you can barely get through. Need a person out stop guide unless your car is small.
Positive: Very nice property great breakfast. Picked it because they gas parking. Better be a small car!

Positive: The area were the hotel was and the staff were really friendly, helpful professional. They couldn't do enough for us. They were amazing. The food was good. The room was clean. Nice size room. I needed my dress ironed for a family wedding. I was attending they ironed it. It was amazing. It was stress-free.

Positive: This is a very nice hotel, in a great, central location. It's easy to find, has good parking nearby, it's clean and comfortable and the price is good.
