Positive: Lovely grounds, room was very comfortable, late checkout time of noon was much appreciated, breakfast buffet was awesome
Negative: Phone is NEVER answered! The same music and message plays endlessly. Gates were locked before midnight, so we had to walk around until we found the one unlocked gate. Also please replace the walnuts at breakfast buffet; they are old and rancid.
Positive: Breakfast was very good with quite a large spread. Grounds are well kept and the pool looked inviting. Night entertainment was a plus. Close to the beach.
Negative: No communicating or family rooms for big families (4 or more). This makes a difference when staying for more than one night.
Positive: The room was big.
Negative: The property did not have any charm. It was just a room.
Positive: Spread out. Playground for our toddler. Breakfast was excellent.
Negative: Pool was too cold. Almost felt refrigerated.

Negative: Dirty, hairs on the floor, mold in the bathroom. The territory around is old, and looks like none cares about it
Positive: The rooms were nice and clean. The outdoor pool area was amazing for group activities.
Negative: The buffet looks nice and has good variety, but the quality of the food is not great. It's decent for the price. The fact that the drinks are separate was also messy due to the fact that we were a big group.
Positive: The hotel is amazing and big. The location is awesone. The breakfast and the dinner was great!
Negative: The wifi doesn't work well. The shower needs to be repaired. The air condition did'nt work well.
