Positive: breakfast is well varied and good quality, pool is nice and not overcrowded (week day), staff was friendly (esp. restaurant), location was good for easy out of the city (airport 30min ride), good sized room and bathroom w the basics provided (desk, small table, toiletries, closet)
Negative: bed / mattress could have been better, charging for extra water bottles feels a bit cheap for a 4 star-hotel; bit far from subway (15min); while not super close to the main touristy areas there are still nice restaurants close by (10min) and some points of interest (Athens Academy, 20min)

Negative: Room was not cleaned on one of the three nights spend in. No excuses from the hotel The coffee-tea-water was limited and not supplemented or replace. Same for smaill issues like shampoo, gel etc. Airconditioning was old and made noice and every 5-10 minutes there was a loud resonance (that was not solved the next night). Kept us awake. Roof-top bar-restaurant was closed. Price USD 300/night was not accordence service and facilities (no value for money)

Negative: Room very warm and air conditioning switched to heating only in winter mode. Pool and roof terrace closed. Cooked breakfast buffet items cool. Coffee/tea facilities only on first day.

Negative: There was not an iron and ironing board in the room. When one was requested you had 30 minutes of use after that the staff came to retrieve them. It’s like the entire hotel only had one iron and ironing board
Positive: The atmosphere of the hotel was awesome. The staff was very accommodating and helped us a great deal navigating the city. The room was very comfortable and enjoyed the balcony very much. The pool area and pool bar was a great place to hang out. The breakfast was outstanding.
