If there is not direct flight from your destination, then you can fly via Zagreb which well connected with Split
By Car:There are two ferry ports on the island of Hvar; Stari Grad and Sucuraj
Stari Grad port is connected to Split and it is closer to Hvar (20 km) and drive to Hvar lasts about 10 minutes
The port in Sucuraj is connected to Drvenik on the mainland and it is further from Hvar as it is on the other side of the island
By Bus: The closest bus station is in Split and is right next to the ferry port
Split has excellent connections in all bus directions
