This new restaurant has recently opened at the Villa Mathis and complements the ephemeral dining concept which we already offer in the gardens of the villas. Located above the Spa, and complete with a bar area offering a wide range of cocktails, the restaurant "Baroque Nights" offers "Fine Dining" prepared by our young chef. Every evening a different Tasting menu is complemented by an extensive wine list offering wines from around the world and accompanied by the strains of gentle and appropriate background music. Be they moments of intimacy or festivity, the Renaissance charm of this restaurant never fails to please !?

By interpreting and re-adapting traditional architectural norms, and by adding a subtle and refined decoration using materials of local origin such as the Alang-Alang roofs or Terrasso floors, the designers of the Villa Mathis have succeeded in creating a most prestigious establishment which could have come straight out of a home décor magazine.

Surrounded by rice plantations and easily accessible from Kuta or Seminyak, the Villa Mathis is the epitome of good taste; it comprises 5 large detached villas each with 4 ou 5 bedrooms (giving a total of 18 bedrooms), a restaurant, a lobby, a private garden, a large swimming pool and its own staff. Each villa is also available for exclusive rental. The entire property consists of a vast and lush tropical garden of over 11 000 m2, planted with indigenous and exotic species, and is dotted with many small water features and other recreational areas.
