Positive: Central in Costa Teguise. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as decent supermarkets. Large pool (not heated). Laundry machines in back corner of property (washer = €5, dryer = €4)
Positive: Great facilities, very clean, pool great and sun beds available any time of day
Negative: On the last night it was unusually hot and with no air conditioning it was uncomfortable
Positive: Liked the way the place is set out. Staff are very friendly. Would recommend it to my family.
Positive: We requested two apartments/bungalows together in a quiet part of the complex and were given precisely that. The bungalows were basically furnished/equipped but comfortable and adequate. The bungalows were cleaned 5 times a week and the towels and bedding changed regularly. The wifi was generally good with each bungalow having its own router. Used the buffet once for dinner and was very impressed with the choice, quality and price.
Negative: Surprised to find that the toilet paper had to be put in the bathroom bins and not flushed down the toilet. It would have been good to have a sun umbrella on the patio to provide shade, so in its absence we went to the pool area to find partial shade.
