Dining room experience was ghastly due to idiots making and receiving calls on their mobile phones disturbing other guests. It was like a lunatic asylum especially when you have half a dozen kids running around shouting at each other.
Positive: The positives are that the hotel and staff are fantastic and very friendly. This was my fifth time at the hotel, staying on this occasion for nearly four weeks and I class many of the staff to be my friends. All the staff are fantastic from the cleaning staff right up to the management. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean, the food is freshly cooked on site and you can watch the chefs cooking the food before your eyes and cooking whichever way you request.
Negative: Only negative points are as I described above with idiots thinking that they are more important than other hotel guests with their mobile phones. The other negatives were Italians and the Spanish guests with young children running around until 3am after being out all night, then there are room doors banging along corridors because they have no consideration for other guests. The Spanish and Italians should be placed on separate floors from other guests as they lead a different type of lifestyle
