The Parador de Úbeda is a luxury hotel in Úbeda's most important and beautiful square, the Plaza de Vázquez de Molina, which is right in the centre of the old town. The hotel is adjacent to Holy Chapel of the Saviour and the Town Hall, known as the Vázquez Molina Palace. Úbeda and the nearby town of Baeza are classed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to their stunning Renaissance architecture, which reintroduced the grammar of antiquity into the architecture of southern Spain.
If you have ever dreamt of sleeping in a Renaissance palace, then the Parador de Úbeda Hotel is simply a dream come true. Formerly the palace of the Dean of the Holy Chapel of the Saviour, the church next door, this important ecclesiastical building was built in the 16th century and then restyled in the 17th century. It has a courtyard with an elegant portico, reminiscent of 15th century Renaissance Florence, and a grandiose staircase leading up to the piano nobile, the main floor of a Renaissance palace.
This 4 star Úbeda hotel also features a gourmet restaurant, where you can taste all of Andalusia's most delicious dishes, such as peppers stuffed with partridge, ox tail in Loma red wine, and stewed young goat with pine nuts. An internet point is available for guest use as well.

The hotel is located in Plaza Vázquez de Molina, in Úbeda's old historical centre next to the city hall (Ayuntamiento) and the courthouse (Juzgados). Ubeda is located 39 km from Bailén, 210 km from Albacete, 57 km from Jaén and 309 km from Madrid.
