Positive: 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very comfortable.

Negative: We were a party of 4 people. My wife and I and our 2 children, 8 and 11 years old. We were put on separate rooms, they did not allowed us to stay all 4 in one room (????)
Positive: Great location just couple minutes from beach and near big parking lot. Directly on the walking street to the center. Amazing relaxed atmosphere around. Bar with very tasty coffee.
Negative: Parking was full.

Negative: The hotel is not 4*, rather 3*. Rooms are rather small, there are no armchairs, basically you can only sit on the bed or on the balcony - which is quite noisy. They charge you for using the safe!! First time in my life i have seen it. Walls are very thin, cleaning ladies in the morning wake you up every day. Also, public areas and the swimming pool are actually not cleaned well. Same for plates and cutlery in the buffet restaurant, sadly. The food is good but the dishwashers are not working properly there.
Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding!
Negative: The heated pool was not heated.

Negative: There is a lot of smoke in the restaurant during lunch and dinner times. It is like the extractor hood does not work at all. Very few dumbbells in the gym, just 8kg and 10kg.
Positive: Great location not far at all from the beach. Great value for money.
Negative: I would have liked a fridge in my room instead of a small mini bar.

Positive: Immaculate modern accommodation and spacious for 5 persons. Lovely shower, great views in our room. I would definitely recommend fantastic facilities.
Negative: The only one thing which I'm guessing can easily be resolved..in one bedroom there was no mirror so as there were 5 girls getting ready it was a bit difficult having to go back and forth to another room and share a mirror.

Negative: the room was a bit noisy . sounded like the aircon units on the roof
Positive: good location next to the airport bus stop and in the centre of benidorn great for the new and old town good breakfast and evening meal
Negative: bit odd having to pay 1 nights stay up front before you got there .and then paying up front the balance when checking in (but its benidorm) and the room safe was 5.25 euros for 4 days normally free in 4 star hotel?
