This is a quiet, attractive location and is only separated from a beach known as ?the Rice Beach? by a strip of protected pine and juniper trees
Also nearby is a prestigious golf course where you can enjoy a round and views of the protected area of Capo Carbonara
The Residence S?Incantu complex is made up of terraced apartments, some of which are on the ground floor and have a veranda and some of them are on the first floor and have a balcony
The apartments are in a typically Sardinian style and are grouped around a central square and a large inviting swimming pool
For your entertainment the complex has a tennis court and a multi-sport court where you can enjoy a game of football, basketball or volleyball
There is also a miniclub for children aged between 5 and 12 and a programme of daytime and evening entertainment with live music, a piano bar, karaoke and group dance plus sport activities, aerobic courses, stretching, aquagym and board games, ping pong and darts
Guests can rent bicycles and cycle into the village which is approximately one and a half miles from the complex or stock up on supplies for the apartment from a minimarket situated just 500 metres from the complex
