Location The beachotel is located on the beachfront in Isla Holbox, which is situated at the point where the Caribbean Sea meets with the Gulf of Mexico, in the northernmost state of Quintana Roo and northwest of the Yucatan Peninsula. Cancun International Airport is approximately 140 km from the beach hotel.
The hotel's spacious and comfortable rooms (with one or two beds) are fully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot shower and a private balcony overlooking the seafront.
Guests may relax on the sun terrace using the sun loungers provided. Activities such as motor boating, diving, windsurfing, sailing, catamaran boating and canoeing are also possible. Guests may explore the surrounding area on horseback or mountain bike. The nearby beach is sandy.

Tax Information
As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
