No name changes will be accepted 7 days or less prior to arrival

Early departures will be assessed a penalty of one night's stay plus tax, in the event guests do not utilize all nights originally booked
Guests will be required to provide a valid credit card to the front desk upon arrival before signing privileges on incidentals will be extended
Credit card will be pre-authorized for $150 per night based on the length of the guest's reservations

If guest is under 21 years of age, they have to pay $50 for mini bar removal (fee subject to change)
The hotel is 100% non-smoking
A $400 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy
