Opened on 1 August, 2009, the Primo Hotel occupies a 100 year old Art Nouveau style building that has been built by Estonian society.
Each of the comfortable rooms is decorated with artwork from famous Latvian artists. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower, free Internet, a full high definition satellite TV and efficient service from the staff.
