The hotel was opened in 1988 and has become a successful business over the years, with many guests returning year after year. Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned hotel offers 26 guest rooms and plenty of great facilities and services, such as a 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a TV lounge, children's playground and a café, bar and restaurant. Guests may also make use of the WLAN Internet access, a laundry service (fees apply) and a car park.
A breakfast buffet is served each morning and set menu and à la carte options are available for lunch and dinner.
The rooms are decorated in a simple Mediterranean style and all have mosquito screens on the windows and a balcony (some with a view over the hillside and olive groves, others with a view over the pool and gardens). Each room additionally features an en suite bathroom with a shower, a double bed, Internet access and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.
Hotel facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with poolside restaurant for breakfast and lunches, and a cushioned Ottoman sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and free wireless Internet access. A massage service, diving, canoeing and horse riding are also available for additional fees. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a fee on the sandy beach.

The family-friendly beach hotel is a delightful family-run establishment surrounded by landscaped gardens. It is situated in an elevated position just a couple of minutes' walk from Patara village centre. Patara beach is approximately 2 km from the aparthotel and nearby towns include Kas (35 km away), Xanthos (15 km away) and Kekova (90 km away). Dalaman Airport is approximately 110 km from the hotel and Antalya Airport is around 220 km away.
