Positive: Location close to central bus, Host was incredible and caring, breakfast awesome, and room for as spacious
Negative: Breakfast was in the lobby and not any great views from the hotel
Positive: The owners were some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They were very helpful to my family. The location is ideal - close to the main Fira shopping area but not at all noisy. Our stay was wonderful.

Positive: The Oasis is wonderful. The rooms are large, we had our own hot tub, the hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping but yet is totally quiet. In addition, Frieda is the BEST host! Warm, welcoming, kind, helpful AND she makes the best breakfasts to order! Highly recommended!

Positive: The location is great, in walking distance from the center. The room was comfortable and the hosts are lovely people. Thank you, Frida! Breakfast was delicious.
Negative: Nothing really to complain about, just that we had some windy days and couldn't use the jacuzzi as much as initially planned. But this is October.
Positive: I chose the property based on the high reviews and the location. The location is wonderful but they are way over charging compared to other properties. Fira has a ton of properties so please do your research and find a different one.
Negative: The owner, Freida, was an absolutely unprofessional and racism host. From the minute we checked in, she asked us if we were Indians and then her whole attitude changed. She showed so much attitude and was answering each question as if she was letting us stay for free. The check out was noon and at 11.30am she started knocking on our door loudly asking us to vacate the room. She needs to learn how to treat all nationalities with respect especially being in the hospitality industry. I will NOT recommend this property to anyone.
Positive: great place for a few night, the owner Frida was so lovely and we had an awesome stay. the hot tub was nice and warm too!!
Positive: Breakfast was great. Frida (who worked the front desk and made breakfast) was very helpful and friendly.

Negative: the bed wasn’t very comfortable but it wasn’t a deal breaker

Positive: The location was wonderful - the hotel was a 30 second walk away from all the action in Fira, so it was secluded enough that it was quiet where we stayed, but still close enough to restaurants and shops. It was a 5 minute walk away from the bus depot which was also perfect. The room was lovely: very clean, and really pretty and nice interior design. Beds were almost too comfortable (we kept napping on them). The staff was also great, Frida is so sweet and will care for you like a mother. We also tried the breakfast one day and it was fantastic; it was made right then and there and even included yogurt made by the hotel owners!

Positive: Beautiful Little Hotel with a big comfortable room, Red Bathroom and Jacuzzi on the Patio. We got everything that I expected and more! Frieda was Amazing, warm, friendly and accommodating. She brought breakfast to the room every morning for my cousin who injured her foot at the previous Island, she gave recommendations of places to eat and things to do, plus she extended our check out time to accommodate the ambulance pick up for my cousin.
