Positive: Personnel is very pleasant and helpful. Location is very good
Negative: Nothing, everything was fine. Kind of expensive compared to other occasion I have stayed with them, but it's understandable as is was Holy Week, and the price increase was expected by me
Positive: Location was great, rooms were big, comfy beds and good showers.
Negative: Breakfast we had to pay for even though it was included in my booking and was poor quality. The rooms were not well insulated and you could hear everything from other parts of the hotel. No English channels on the TV even though they state they have them.
Positive: my room was a good size and very quiet. Fantastic air conditioner
Negative: Saw small roach in the shower

Negative: management are extremely rude and make you feel unwelcome
