Positive: It was clean.
Negative: The air conditioner or the ventilation made loud noises in the night - even when it was off. Couldn't get a restful night.
Positive: Location, the room is modern and clean.
Negative: Staff are rude, do not greet, and have no room service/housekeeping.
Positive: Good location.
Negative: Due to the fair and high demand, the price was too high and did not reflect a realistic value-price ratio.
Positive: modernised room set-up and facilities, comfortable bed, clean room, and all-u-can-eat continental breakfast.
Negative: Lack of toiletries such as handwash soap, shampoo, body wash etc. The staff are nice and hospitable, but not too attentive to customers’ requests. We called and asked for toiletries, she told us to wait for 30minutes. We waited but nobody delivered it to the room, we have to go down just to personally pick it up in the lobby instead. The digital lock door is hard to open.
Positive: The staff was really friendly and the location was great.
Negative: The room was quite small for 2 people, and the AC was leaking. We had coffee capsules but not a coffee machine.
Positive: The receprionist name is Aka, she is very nice to help us and freindly with us.

Positive: The location was great and was close to supermarkets.
Positive: Modern bedrooms and shower. Hotel is near main train station.
Negative: They didn't have an iron in the room. You need to ask at the front desk. They brought me a regular iron with no steamer, which was disappointing as hotels usually have steam irons.
Positive: It's a very new hotel, which is very nice. The bistro is not special, simple menu. The breakfast was nice, normal European selection.
Negative: The parking garage was not open, thus we needed to park somewhere else in town. The air-conditioning in the first room did not work, we got another room where not everything was finished with the construction. The beds where pretty hard
Positive: Brand new, clean rooms. Excellent facilities. Close to railway and metro stations. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
Negative: Just be aware some common areas are still under work / being developed. Room was a bit tiny and had a shared balcony.
Positive: Good value hotel near train station. Small but functional rooms. .
Negative: The lobby did smell like smoke as the front and rear doors were open with people smoking, mostly the construction workers Do note that the hotel, while open, is not 100% ready. They are still building out areas on the ground floor. The fitness room is tiny and while they said it was ready, it did not appear to be. Also note that the “All Day Coffee to Go” mentioned on the website simply means you can use the Nespresso machine in your room.
Positive: Comfortable bed, good location.
Negative: House keeping forgot to clean coffee machine and the shower floods the entire toilet.
Positive: beautiful room, great bed everything looked brand new very close to the hauptbahnhof i ll recommend this hotel and will likely come back
Negative: there wasn t a gym yet , kind of noisy because of work on the hotel but yes every improvement must go through such phase. lighting in the room was insufficient
