Positive: The hotel entrance looks great. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was large. The parking is just at the entrance and is very practical.
Negative: Nobody says hello at all in the breakfast room. The breakfast is poor. Except for the coffee, the breakfast was not very tasty. The hall tables were not clean.

Positive: The room was spacious and the view is spectacular. The staff was very friendly. There are plenty of free street parking available, although the hotel's own parking lots are always full.
Negative: You definitely need a car to reach this remote residential area.

Negative: The room was suposed to have 1 double bed instead of 2 sigle beds, The Bathroom Mirror LED light flickered quite a lot.
Positive: The hotel itself is good and the staff in the reception is exceptional
Negative: Rooms in floor 2 to the front are very bad and last time it was very cold. The breakfast is good but they serve very little so if you go after a few minutes from the stating time you need to ask for more eggs and bacon. This happened all my stays in the hotel

Negative: Rooms are very small , but hav a spacious balcony !
Positive: The hotel is nice and clean, the pool area is nice but the water is cold. The breakfast is good enough to get your day started.
Negative: We found there to be a bad smell in the bathrooms from the shower, a sewer or moldy smell. We complained and they upgraded us to another room but it also had a faint smell.

Positive: The location is great: in a beautiful quiet residential area up the hill from the famous Casino Estoril so you can walk there and back. Also nice restaurants nearby. Lovely room with a really comfy bed. Very nice bathroom with good shower water pressure and lots of continuous hot water. We didn’t have the breakfast (only coffee) but the food looked delicious. Love Estoril and Cascais and would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.
