The rate does not include the 19% VAT tax on accommodation, hotel insurance or other additional charges that the Hotel may charge; They must be paid directly at the Hotel. Foreigners not resident in the country who acquire a tourist package, checking their immigration status with the current PIP5 Entry and Permanence Permit seal, with the current PTP-5 Temporary Permit Permit seal, or the current TP-11 visa; they will be exempt from the 19% VAT tax.
How to arrive
The hotel is located on the avenue El Poblado, several metres away from shopping centres amidst a financial and commercial district of the city. The bus station is a 2-minute walk away and the train station is about 1 km from the hotel.
