The establishment is the first hotel in Bulgaria to become part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The hotel has 54 rooms in total, including 12 Finnish chalets, situated right next to the hotel among alleys of pine trees. The hotel welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities at guests' disposal include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access and a hairdressing salon. Younger guests will be entertained at the children's playground. The bar, disco and restaurant serve delicious food and fresh drinks. Business guests are sure to appreciate the conference facilities. From Sofia Airport take the international road E 80 (Tsarigradsko Shose) towards Plovdiv. Turn right at the Borovets sign. Pass through Gorublyane (a suburb of Sofia) and continue to Pancharevo. Follow the national road 82 to Samokov. Turn right for Borovets and follow the main road. The cabin lift (gondola) will be passed on the right on the way. The hotel is approximately 3 kilometres past the cabin lift.
Bed and breakfast and half-board stays are available. One can enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee with freshly baked pastries on the terrace of the breakfast hall. A breakfast buffet is served. The à la carte gourmet restaurant pampers its guests with delicious Bulgarian and European culinary temptations and charms them with the excellent choice of wines.
The superbly modern ski-in, ski-out hotel provides a delightful choice of rooms, apartments and Finnish chalets surrounded by mountain pines. The 35 luxury rooms have a terrace or balcony with a stunning view over the ski slope or to the pine forest, a plasma screen TV with satellite/cable channels, a minibar, Internet access, a telephone and safe. The chalets are made using true Finnish technology and are situated right next to the hotel. They have two storeys, made entirely from wooden beams with a Finnish sauna, plasma screen TV with satellite/cable channels, a minibar, Internet access, a telephone, terrace and parking place. All accommodation units are en suite and equipped with a shower and bath. Further standard amenities include a hairdryer, double or king-size bed, tea and coffee making facilities and central heating.

The hotel is situated directly on the 'Yastrebets 3' ski slope, about 3 km away from the centre of the resort of Borovets. Sofia Airport is situated approximately 70 km away and Plovdiv International Airport is some 110 km away.
