Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. The building does not have a reception and you must meet with the accommodation at a specific time.
For check-in after 10:00 p.m., they will send you instructions on how to enter.
To hand over the keys you must send an email or notify the establishment in advance or at least 30 minutes before your arrival so that one of their assistants can come to the building.
Departures made after 12:00 will have a surcharge.
Please note that the accommodation is on Alameda Principal 36, next to a road and you will not be able to stop the car. The closest and most easily accessible parking is on Calle Vendeja 34, 200 meters away.
They have a luggage storage service and if you want to leave it before check-in time or after check-out, you must call the establishment and notify in advance.
The apartments are delivered with sheets, towels and kitchen utensils. Food and cleaning products are not included (except a small kitchen cleaning kit).
There will only be cleaning service, change of sheets and towels for stays longer than 2 nights. If you want to have the daily cleaning service you must pay an extra supplement.
