Positive: The friendly staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. We enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good, basic selection, including fresh fruit. The location was both close to the train and to the main attractions. It was quiet at night.
Negative: It exceeded our expectations. The description said it had AC, but we were unable to control the thermostat. It did cool down after we opened up the windows for a bit. It would be nice to have cups in the room for water.
Positive: The location is great — midway between the train station and the center. It is convenient for those with late night train rides.

We got there early and they have a waiting room that you can stay or you can leave your bags and go explore the town… it’s so close to the train station, we Walked from there…. But it’s also a walking distance to the main square…. Breakfast was so good! I would definitely come back there and I definitely recommend the hotel!

Positive: We stayed here only one night and without having breakfast, so my feedback is based only on one time sleeping 😄. But overall everything was really good. The staff is polite. The room looks exactly like it's in pictures, so no worries for that. The room is clean, the wifi signal and speed is strong enough. The location is also awesome, you could easily walk to all famous places. So highly recommended.
Negative: Pillows are not very comfortable. But this is the second time I'm having such pillows in Italy, so maybe it's Italian pillow style and I'm the freak here 🤷🏻♂️

Positive: The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great with a comfortable walkable distance to the centre.
Negative: The overall cleaning of the room was bad as I noticed the room cleaning staff were folding my used towels thrown on the floor and put up as fresh. It happened twice and I noticed it as I had wiped my face foundation hands on them leaving the stains.
Positive: We have been before. Great location and very nice clean hotel elevators which I need and very friendly staff. Let us leave our bags as we arrived early. It's a great hotel
