Positive: Rooms were clean. Room had a lock box.
Negative: I felt deceived when we checked in. We were told it was a garden view but our room was on the first floor (which I was told) but it was facing the street where you could see and hear public people walking by your room. It didn’t feel private or secure. The walls are thin. Because of our room location every single guest in the hotel had to pass our room to get to there’s which was awful if they had a long night out on the strip. Super loud - and really uncomfortable as a guest. Felt like I was staying in someone’s house not a hotel. Also there was no one working the front desk when we checked out, despite them knowing we were checking out. We tried calling them and ringing the doorbell to get someone’s attention. But no one seemed to be working?? Hours after we left we were asked to send 8 euros by bank transfer - this cost us extra money.
