Osuna Feria Madrid Hotel

Positive: Service and quality was not 4 stars!. The charm of this hotel is in the pool, which is unfortunately closed off-season. Problems are many: If you are on the ground floor, you hear constantly people coming until 1 am and leaving from 5-6 am and rolling their luggage over the pavement stones. It makes huge noise in the yard. Also walls are very thin (you can hear people snoring next room). Heating could not be adjusted: either "off" (around 15C) or 30ºC inbearable heat. Door cards were not working, personell was not very attentive to my request, simply walked away from the reception and disappeared. I needed to use internet prior to a meeting in town, but wifi did not work whole morning, even though I was told it'll be ok in "5 minutes". That hotel was definitely not living up to 4 stars. Only nice things were free of charge shuttle to aiport and last reception girl who cancelled the 12? not-working-wifi and also the charge for the day before as compensation. That was nice!. Free shuttle to airport, nice quiet neighborhood, close to airport.

Negative: Not working wifi, temperature control, noise, thin walls, rude personell.

Positive: The rooms are far away from the reception and main entrance. The rooms are far away from the reception and main entrance. You will catch rain and wind untill you arrive to the rooms. Nobody will help you to take the lugage to the room. General it is a good hotel, very clean. Recomended!.
