This modern apartment complex has been studied and designed to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay in Morocco. It consists of 40 apartments, studios and rooms, with beautiful views of the sea or the swimming pool. The fully air-conditioned establishment has a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, lift access, newspaper stand, hairdressing salon and currency exchange facilities. Guests can relax in the café, bar, pub or TV lounge, revel in the disco, and dine in the restaurant. Room and laundry services are provided (charges apply for both) and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park. How to arrive
The hotel accepts payment with the following credit cards: Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA.
The hotel is located in the beach district of Agadir, not far from the centre of Agadir and only 500 metres from the beach. Al Massira Airport is 30 km from the hotel.
Positive: The room was not clean every thing in hotel not good
Positive: It looked nice from outside but room was a disaster. Balcony door and bathroom door did not lock. Towels were very old and warned out

Positive: Staff was helpful. I didn’t have proper charger with me to charge my phone and front desk found one I could use. I ate the 495dh breakfast deal I saw someone complaining about on this site or on Google - it was baguette, msemen (a moroccan fried bread), jelly, nut butter (was either almond or peanut, not sure), fresh squeezed orange juice, olive oil, creme cheese, butter, a hard boiled egg and choice of Moroccan mint tea or coffee. This is standard breakfast in any Moroccan home. Nothing to complain about. I had room facing the ocean & had a balcony (half of the rooms face the city possibly). Each room has its own hot water tank which is a nice amenity. I was completely surprised that my basic room had a kitchenette with hot plate and cooking items & utensils. And a nice refrigerator. Pool was very nice too. Saw complaint that there are not many shops around which is true but the red taxis are cheap enough to get you to better serviced area when needed. There is a liquor store next door for those travelers who need that and want to save money over hotel prices. They also have a few necessities like water & chips. Very near the beach without the cost of the beach. 300dh/night if book directly with hotel + 11dh tax/night.

Positive: My stay was far from satisfactory. The reception staff lacked professionalism and training, making the experience frustrating. The air conditioning was not working, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the furniture in the room was of poor quality, adding to the sense of discomfort. Overall, the condition of the rooms was catastrophic, with several issues that made my stay unpleasant. I strongly urge management to address these concerns to improve the guest experience in the future.

Negative: Not as advertised. No air-conditioning (Broken) No restaurant (Closed for winter) No tea,coffee or any kind of breakfast available. Room was dated and needs renovations Bathroom was not very clean. Toothpaste stains all over the sink and below on the sink. I asked for a kettle and a fan. Not provided.
Positive: Clean and comfortable bed with one each of a fluffy and supportive pillow. Terrace for sunning without leaving my room. Abundant hot water for showers. Strong and fast WiFi for each room. Smart TV with apps for keeping up with shows. Quiet at night. Close enough to walk to the beach and other attractions. Friendly, welcoming staff that were able to help arrange excursions and get a taxi for my return to the bus station.

Positive: Very noisy, there is a night club that keeps the music very loud, makes it difficult to sleep at night. The pool is not very clean.
Positive: The staff are very friendly however things like broken air conditioning were let downs. Overall it was good nothing spectacular. The staff were amazing can't fault them.

Positive: The staff is very nice and apologetic but what good is that if you can't sleep in a place which is advertised as a Hotel which in reality is a disco.
Negative: If you associate hotel with sleep this is not the place... veryyyyyy loud music until 4:30 am from the DISCO in the hotel. It is absolutely impossible to sleep.
Positive: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and the location was good for the price. A short walk to the beach and to the city area/markets.
Negative: Sometimes the shower didn’t run as hot as it should.
