Positive: The location! Tucked away in the heart of downtown yet quiet. The staff are young but very helpful. The bottle of water each night was welcomed. The rooftop lounge is very small but has an amazing view
Negative: A bit pricey. The breakfast buffet was eh. The gym was under constuctuon.

Positive: What a fantastic hotel, step off the smartest shopping street in Palma and you are instantly in the best spot ever. We were upgraded to a superior room which was a nice touch from Carlos , what an asset he is , lovely guy on reception. The room was very quiet and beautiful, ace bathroom and the best bed . The breakfast room is very nice overlooking the city, a fantastic selection of food , everything was delicious and the best orange juice ever! A fantastic hotel with fantastic staff especially the cleaning staff too . We will definitely recommend and return.

Negative: The spa was a bit boring. Also, the group who scheduled before us stayed there even though they were out of time and made a lot of noise.
Positive: It was perfect. First we had a problem with the jacuzzi. After some calls they weren’t be able to solved the issue. they therefore let us choose an alternative by choosing a slightly "nicer" and bigger room for compensation. this is certainly well appreciated. in short, a service that really came from the heart. so I recommend everyone to choose this hotel if they want to stay nearby.
Negative: Again this depends on what tastes one has. I was satisfied with the breakfast, while my husband thought the choice was rather limited but okay.

Positive: Breakfast was wonderful, highly recommend adding this to your stay! Always fresh fruit and a couple of veggie options available as well as gluten-free options for those who are intolerant or allergic.
Negative: The spa was a nice amenity through it would have been nice to have the sauna temps a bit higher. A small workout area is always nice to have for travelers looking to get some exercise in other than sightseeing.

Positive: Very spacious room with balcony & jacuzzi tub. It was a much larger and quieter room than I expected. And the location was actually very good. Although not located in the oldest part of old town, it's just a 5-10 minute walk from everything. Very comfortable! Excellent service!
Negative: There could have been more daily variety in the breakfast menu, but otherwise it was very high quality and satisfying. The views from the restaurant are exceptional!
