Built in 2008 and operated by the largest budget hotel chain in Singapore, this 87-room city hotel provides a comfortable stay for travellers on a tight budget. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and offers one lift for access to all floors. There is a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe at the front desk and car parking facilities (subject to fees). A laundry service is also available for additional fees. The hotel also provides complimentary hot beverages (powdered chocolate drink and coffee sachets) for all guests.
From the airport, a 25 minute cab ride, via the city expressway, would bring you to the hotel. The MRT (subway) connection from the airport can bring one to the nearest station, Bugis MRT Station and a scenic walk will bring you to the hotel.
The superior rooms are small but clean and feature queen-size beds. The rooms do not have a wardrobe and no extra bed is allowed due to the constraint on space. The en suite bathroom comes with a shower and heater. Amenities include centrally regulated air conditioning, a wall-mounted TV, a direct dial telephone, coffee/tea making facilities and a hairdryer. An iron and ironing board are available on request, and it is possible to book a non-smoking room.

This hotel is centrally located along Rochor Road and is surrounded by numerous restaurants, food stalls and shopping malls selling local merchandise and souvenirs. A 5 to 10-minute walk away, guests will find the Little India and Bugis MRT Stations, as well as Sim Lim Square - the famous electronics and computer mall. Also within a 10-minute walk is Little India, which houses several small shops and local eateries as well as two shopping malls: the Jalan Besar Thieves Market which offers second hand items at a great bargain and the Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple. Orchard Road is only a 5-minute drive away, and Singapore Changi Airport and the Keppel Train Station are 20-25 minutes away by car.
