This is a sanctuary designed to pamper discerning guests with charming private residences and personalised service. These residences offer 225 fully furnished apartments in two towers, as well as facilities and services such as a business centre, a housekeeping service, complimentary broadband WLAN access in the lobby and pool area, and 24-hour security. Air conditioning, lift access and a breakfast room are also provided. Laundry and dry cleaning services and a self-service launderette are available for a fee. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.
The luxuriously furnished apartments range from two-storey, one-bedroom lofts in the annex block, to two-bedroom, three-bedroom and penthouse suites in the main block. Each of the three-bedroom suites features a fully carpeted master bedroom with a king-size bed and built-in wardrobe and a marble en suite bathroom fitted with a shower cubicle, as well as a full-size bath tub. The second room has a queen-size bed while the third room has two single beds. There is also a common bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities, and a living and dining area. A hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, Internet access, individually regulated air conditioning and a safe deposit box are provided.
Recreational facilities include a swimming pool and wading pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a gym, hot tub and tennis courts, as well as a sauna and steam room.

How to arrive
Strategically located just off Orchard Road, the residences are next to Wisma Atria and just a 5-minute walk from numerous shopping centres including Lucky Plaza, Wheelock Place and Ngee Ann City Shopping Centre. They are also just a 5-10 minute walk from Lido Cineplex (located within Shaw House Shopping Centre), several high commissions and embassies, and the Orchard MRT Station (underground train). Singapore Botanic Gardens, the Istana Park, the National Museum and the infamous Newton Hawker Centre are all just a 10- to 15-minute drive away. The airport is about 20-25 minutes away by car.
