Weetwood Hall Conference Centre & Hotel Description

The Woodlands restaurant, which is located between the Brasserie and the conference centre, can accommodate up to 200 guests, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The contemporary-styled Brasserie and Conservatory with adjoining Italian garden, is a delightful setting for small events and private barbecues. The award winning Stables pub, located in the original cobbled courtyard, serves Cask Marque real ales and traditional pub food.

Set within nine acres of parkland estate and built around a 17th century manor house, this family-friendly hotel was renovated in 2008. It has 106 rooms in total, and offers extensive 4-star services and facilities. These include a lobby, a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a currency exchange facility, cloakroom, lift access, a conference room, bar, pub, restaurant, room service, laundry service and public Internet access (fees may apply). Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

By Car: Exit the M1 at J43 for M621, before exiting again at J3 for the city centre. Follow the signs for all loop traffic. Keep on the loop until the signs for Leeds University/A660 come into sight. Continue past the university for 5 km. Weetwood Hall is on the right before a large roundabout opposite Lawnswood School. From the M62 Westbound, exit at J29 onto the M1 (North/Leeds City Centre). Follow the signs as above. From the M62 Eastbound, exit at J27 onto M621, before exiting again at J3 for the city centre. Follow the signs for the loop as above.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and amenities including heating, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, Internet access, a direct dial telephone, work desk, trouser press and iron, hairdryer and beverage tray. The 17th century manor house has 12 bedrooms and 2 four-poster feature bedrooms, all individually decorated to reflect the traditional style of the manor house. These bedrooms have upgraded amenities including toiletries, bathrobes, cafetière, tea cake, hot chocolate, CD players and a safe. Double or king-size beds come as standard.

Complimentary leisure facilities are available to guests at David Lloyd Leisure Club. Complimentary transportation is provided to and from the health club at scheduled times. Preferential golf rates are available at Cookridge Hall Golf Club (about a 10-minute drive away).

The hotel is located about 7 km from the centre of Leeds, one of the most vibrant UK cities, and a thriving commercial centre. Visit one of the three theatres, numerous museums or many historical buildings, go clubbing, or enjoy a shopping day in the beautifully restored Victorian arcades. If visitors want to explore further, they can try historic York and the spa town of Harrogate, or for a peaceful escape, the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors are ideal. Links to public transport can be found directly outside the hotel. Headingley Railway Station is about a 5-minute drive away. Leeds Bradford Airport is some 7 km away.
