The Mill Restaurant offers buffet-style dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Seville Restaurant, serving dinner, is an elegant, Georgian-styled air-conditioned restaurant, located on the second story of the central facility. With panoramic views overlooking the main pool and the beach area, this specialty restaurant serves Jam Asian cuisine with white-gloved service-(Adults/children 10 & older). Teppanyaki Restaurant where guests can savour a taste of the orient with Japanese cuisine prepared at Teppanyaki tables by your own entertaining chefs. The restaurant also offers seating for before dinner cocktails, a full service bar and a tea room for dessert. Serves adults and children. Last Chance Saloon where everyone can experience south-western grilled favourites in a casual setting. The dinner experience will be very interactive and includes live entertainment on some nights. There are eight disability-friendly rooms on the ground floor with extra large doors and adapted bathroom facilities.
The rooms are situated on the first, second, and third floors and all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, 25-inch satellite/ cable TV, a clock radio, and a double or king-size bed. A balcony or a small patio are also provided. In addition, a coffee machine, a safe, a ceiling fan, and individually adjustable air conditioning are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.

Close to the beach
The hotel is located on the shore of the 11 km long white sandy beach of Long Bay in Negril. The complex covers about 8 hectares of lushly wooded landscape, with about 5 hectares of beach and some 3 hectares of gardens. The hotel beach is over 400 m in length and offers sweeping views over the Caribbean Sea. Restaurants, bars, pubs, and shops can all be found in the near vicinity as well as within the hotel complex. It is about one hour to Mayfield, and two hours to Black River, while Sangster International Airport at Montego Bay lies approximately 80 km away with a transfer time of some two hours.
