Positive: location near airport, perfect for short stay while transit for next flight. hotel near to restaurants, cafes, shopping mal. very good.
Positive: The staff was very quick when I have issue with the WIFI.
Negative: We ended up moving to another hotel because it was so bad. No windows or air flow. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and even when we checked out in an hour later after we checked in, they didn't even bother to ask what's wrong or any feedback.
Positive: Noise on ceiling upstairs

Negative: During our stay, the lock of the balcony door of the room we got was broken and it was a shared balcony with other rooms.

Negative: No specific issue other than the need for flexibility concerning check-in schedule (from 2:00 p.m.) when you get to the hotel earlier (like 11:00 a.m.)! Of course, flexibility should be there when rooms are available.
