The 236 rooms are a perfect combination of tradition and design. Some of the suite on the 9th floor have a view of the St. Peter’s Dome. The rooms are furnished in cherry wood with gold, green or beige finishes and minimalist silver-leaf frames adorning large mirrors. They all have a Starbed, the Starhotels distinguishing mark.
The “Rendez Vous” bar, in wengé wood with golden bamboo finishes, occupies a corner of a spacious hall. Beneath a sky-light, coffee tables, bergère armchairs in wickerwork and velvet and an artful arrangement of sofas and armchairs welcome guests. The cuisine in “Apicio”, the restaurant, is superb, and the menu has both traditional Roman specialities and international dishes, in an intimate and informal setting of simple, rigorous design. It can seat over 200 people.
There are 9 flexible and dynamic conference rooms on two levels on the lower floors. They seat from 10 to 180 people each, an overall total of 700. They are all fitted with state-of-the-art technology.
