Robert Banastre was given the original house by Edward I in the 12th century. The present manor house was built in 1853 and is quite stunning, whilst there are also 2 modern wings added onto the original building.
The 56 spacious rooms (there are a few 4 Posters in the original Building) are ideal for both business and pleasure boasting pleasantly decorated yet modern interiors.
