Positive: Location, rooftop bar, staff
Negative: Uncomfortable bed and pillow
Positive: No concerns
Positive: Staff was most helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Nice variety and one day we were even able to eat outside in the lovely rooftop bar area. Could use a little more light in the room.
Positive: The location it is so close to everything. The staff and service was excellent!
Negative: N/A
Positive: The hotel is in an excellent location, and the reception staff is highly professional and welcoming. They are always ready to assist and provide helpful information for tourists. Additionally, they consistently greet guests with a warm smile, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
Negative: The breakfast is an area that could be improved. The eggs and bacon were a bit cold, and the juices could have a fresher, more natural taste. Additionally, I believe a bit more variety would enhance the overall experience.
Positive: The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring on foot. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is clean and modern.
Negative: The area is a little noisy at night if that bothers you.
Positive: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 9Hotel Cesari in Rome, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the friendly staff. The hotel's elegant decor and modern amenities made me feel right at home. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the hotel's incredible location. We were within walking distance to all of Rome's most iconic landmarks, including the Colosseum, Vatican City, Fontana di Trevi, and so much more. We spent our days exploring the Eternal City's ancient ruins, indulging in delicious Italian cuisine, and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere.
Negative: N/A, everything was great.
Positive: The location is amazing
Negative: You could still hear the street noise even though it is sound proofed
Positive: Location and the helpful staff
Negative: Windows are not insulated enough, gets quite noisy

Negative: No-one to help with the bags, the lady at reception was too kind to help me i think it would be nice to have someone in charge of it
Positive: Location!! Staff. Cleanliness
Negative: Nothing
Positive: It was clean, had great amenities, close to the places we wanted to visit, very open and spacious and beautiful!
Negative: Not applicable, we loved it!
Positive: Location is very good
Negative: They need to put a new mattress plus the couch was so hard and not comfortable. They need to make more choices in the breakfast buffet. Lorenzo the morning receptionist needs to put more smile and be more polite with people.
Positive: Location in the very center (via del Corso in 50 m). Nice terrace, but with small views on nearby roofs
Negative: But if was crowded and laughed.
Positive: The hotel is recommended for location, because it is in the middle of many touristic locations and shopping streets, and recommended also for the nice lady on the reception desk called Dayana, the rest is average
Negative: Some old furniture
Positive: The staff were very pleasant and professional. They let us know that they could order us a taxi to the airport and the prices. The taxi driver was very professional and took us right to where our airline was at the terminal. I felt that everyone attended to every detail. The rooftop bar was very nice and again the staff were very attentive. In addition we got a last minute deal. The best place we stayed.
Negative: Everything was wonderful!
